This vintage European sterling silver bracelet, likely German, is set with four round opal cabochons that glow in shifting shades of blue, green and pink. Made in Europe, possibly Germany, in the 1970s, it has the handcrafted, slightly organic feel of jewelry from that decade, with each opal held in a smooth, simple bezel and joined by elongated curb links that give the bracelet a relaxed, flowing line.
The opals show flashes of color as they catch the light, with small pinpoints of red, green and violet moving across a deep blue field. The sterling silver links are flat and softly twisted, and the open oval shapes give the bracelet an airy look that keeps it from feeling heavy on the wrist.
The silver shows a warm, dark patina in the recesses, which adds depth and contrast and sets off the brightness of the stones. A discreet slide clasp holds it securely closed.
Measuring 7 5/8 inches in length, it is a generous size that suits most wrists. Wear it alone as a statement or stack it with other silver bracelets for a collected, layered look. A distinctive find for collectors of vintage European sterling silver, mid century gemstone jewelry and opal lovers.

Who Are You Buying From?
Every object here has a journey before it ever reaches you. I've spent years seeking these pieces out, in back rooms of old ateliers, from families who've inherited more than they can keep, through dealers I've come to trust, in conversations with people who still work with their hands, because I've always believed the things we choose to live with should carry something true. What began as a private obsession became a devotion, one I now share with my wife and daughter, who remind me daily that the best collections are the ones built to be passed down, not simply owned. What you're holding isn't just an object. You're inheriting its story, and becoming part of its next chapter.
