Found in Netherlands

This vintage mid century European sterling silver bracelet, likely German, is a study in simple, graphic forms. Pairs of interlocking round rings alternate with small barrel shaped bar links, creating a rhythmic, almost architectural chain that feels far more modern than its age would suggest. Made in Europe, possibly Germany, in the mid twentieth century, it reflects the clean, functional aesthetic that German silversmiths favored in the post war decades.

The rings are smooth and softly rounded, and the barrel links add a flash of lighter metal between them, giving the bracelet depth and subtle contrast. The weight is solid but never bulky, and the flexible links move easily so it wraps comfortably around the wrist.

The sterling silver has developed a deep, antique patina that gives it a rich, smoky look, and the high points show a softer shine from decades of wear. A spring ring clasp closes the bracelet securely.

Measuring 7 5/8 inches in length, it fits most wrists and is a wonderful piece for layering with watches or other silver bracelets. A great find for collectors of vintage European sterling silver and mid century jewelry, and a natural choice for anyone who prefers understated, graphic design.

Who Are You Buying From?

Every object here has a journey before it ever reaches you. I've spent years seeking these pieces out, in back rooms of old ateliers, from families who've inherited more than they can keep, through dealers I've come to trust, in conversations with people who still work with their hands, because I've always believed the things we choose to live with should carry something true. What began as a private obsession became a devotion, one I now share with my wife and daughter, who remind me daily that the best collections are the ones built to be passed down, not simply owned. What you're holding isn't just an object. You're inheriting its story, and becoming part of its next chapter.
