This vintage mid century European sterling silver bracelet, likely German, is a bold, sculptural piece built from large, twisted oval links. Each link is formed from a flat ribbon of silver that folds over itself in a graceful figure eight twist, and the links are joined by small rectangular bars that give the whole bracelet a flexible, rhythmic structure.
Made in Europe, possibly Germany, in the mid twentieth century, it shows the confident modernist design that defined jewelry of the era, with sweeping curves, smooth surfaces and a complete absence of unnecessary decoration. The twisting forms catch the light in a different way with every movement of the wrist, which gives the bracelet a lively, sculptural quality.
The sterling silver has a soft, even patina, deeper in the folds of the twists and brighter along the smooth edges, and it has a pleasing heft without being uncomfortable to wear. A spring ring clasp keeps it securely closed.
Measuring 8 inches in length, it is a generous size that suits larger wrists and makes a strong statement worn alone. A superb find for collectors of vintage European sterling silver, modernist jewelry and anyone who loves bold, sculptural design.

Who Are You Buying From?
Every object here has a journey before it ever reaches you. I've spent years seeking these pieces out, in back rooms of old ateliers, from families who've inherited more than they can keep, through dealers I've come to trust, in conversations with people who still work with their hands, because I've always believed the things we choose to live with should carry something true. What began as a private obsession became a devotion, one I now share with my wife and daughter, who remind me daily that the best collections are the ones built to be passed down, not simply owned. What you're holding isn't just an object. You're inheriting its story, and becoming part of its next chapter.
